Dear Exalt Customer!

Good news! We have recently made several improvements to our services organization which should result in better response times and higher quality of support. Thank you for being patient with us during this transition period.

Exalt Customer Care will continue to provide phone and email support for problem resolution involving troubleshooting of product operations, installation, commissioning, and/or documentation issues. Exalt Customer Care may use various means to resolve customer issues:

  • Remote connectivity
  • Software upgrades
  • RMAs for failed products

We are also pleased to announce that Star Microwave has been designated as an Exalt Wireless Authorized Repair Partner. The primary benefit to you will be faster response times for RMA repairs. From this date forward all evaluations, quotes, repairs, status updates and shipments will be generated and processed by Star Microwave.

Customers will still send in their RMA requests through the 3 methods currently available; email, phone, or web.
